It Just Keeps Growing And Growing
My milk glass collection that is! It seems that every time I pop in to a thrift store I find at least one piece of milk glass that I like. The prices make it hard for me to say no. So far I have three vases, three planters and a bell. Now I just need to find the perfect hutch to display them all. I have a feeling that finding it isn’t going to be as easy as finding the milk glass itself.
I know what you all really want to know is how much I paid for these beauties. I have picked all of these up at my local value villages with the exception of the the frog lid vase. That was a gift from my Mom. It had been given to her by her Mom. Isn’t that special? I can’t wait to see how it looks with flowers in it. At first I had no idea what it was. She had to explain to me how it works. Am I the only one who didn’t know what a frog lid was?
So there you have it. I’ve spent around $13.00 for everything! Money well spent in my opinion. I’m thinking of planting some herbs in the two matching planters. I’ve never grown my own herbs before. Any suggestions on what are the easiest to maintain?

I’m looking for a hutch too; good ones are hard to find! You got good deals on all of it. I’ve never planted herbs before either, but I’ve heard green onion is really easy to grow?? not really an herb, but hey it’s whatever!

You have the best collection! It’s awesome that it’s now a mix of thrift store pieces, along with a sentimental hand-me-down! My favorite piece is the vase with the dried flowers in it…so beautiful!
