Summer Lovin’
Like many of you, I’m already looking forward to fall. And I hate that. It’s one of my weaknesses. I have a hard time enjoying the moment. I’m always looking forward to the next holiday, season, week, moment. And while record high humidity, hair that can’t be tamed and a car with no air conditioning aren’t encouraging me to enjoy these summer moments, this picture is.
Soon enough I’ll be photographing crunchy leaves, pumpkin patches and leather boots. When it’s here I’ll embrace it. But at this moment in time, vibrant coloured flowers and a perfect blue sky that stretches for days has captured my attention. I think I’ll try to enjoy it for a little while longer. Are you still loving the heat or are you ready to break out your fall wardrobe?
Oh my gosh, you might as well have been describing me! I always seem to do that…look forward to the next season or holiday, instead of focusing on the one I’m living in! It’s especially hard because I adore the fall and then the holiday season {Thanksgiving through Christmas}, but after that…the winter can’t go by fast enough for me!

I adore the fall and holiday season too! It’s the best time of year. It’s a challenge for me to appreciate the other seasons but I’m certainly going to to try to slow down and enjoy the warm weather, the pool, being able to go without socks!

I’m totally ready to whip out my fall wardrobe! It’s been raining almost every evening the past few days!
I’m terrible about living in the moment too. I’m a thinker-aheader. But gosh darn, fall is my favorite and it’s hard not to get excited about it when Hobby Lobby already has all their Halloween stuff out!
I love that photo, but I can’t wait to see the leaves and the tall boots! I am soooo over this heat. I think it is worse for me this year because I am 8.5 months pregnant!
Oh my gosh I know what you mean Amy! Costco already has their CHRISTMAS decorations out! Can you believe that?
Kelly, You for sure get a pass on this one! I can’t even imagine how much worse it must be when you’re almost at your due date!
