It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas No. 8–Peanut Butter Cookies

Thanks for joining me for the eight post in my 25 post series – It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas.

Today I’m sharing with you, the easiest peanut butter cookies you will ever make! It’s a recipe I found on the back of my Kraft Peanut Butter jar a few years ago and have been making ever since. They’re a favourite in my house and I’m thrilled they are, because they really are easy. And they taste great too!
Here is the recipe if you want to give them a try!

1 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
HEAT oven to 325°F.
MIX all ingredients with large spoon until well blended.
ROLL into 24 balls; place, 4 inches apart, on baking sheets. Flatten with fork.
BAKE 20 min. or until lightly browned. (Do not over bake.) Cool 5 min. on baking sheets; transfer to wire racks. Cool completely.
