It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas No. 8–Peanut Butter Cookies

9 December 2012 7 Comments

Thanks for joining me for the eight post in my 25 post series – It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas.

Today I’m sharing with you, the easiest peanut butter cookies you will ever make!  It’s a recipe I found on the back of my Kraft Peanut Butter jar a few years ago and have been making ever since.  They’re a favourite in my house and I’m thrilled they are, because they really are easy.  And they taste great too!Peanut Butter Cookies
Here is the recipe if you want to give them a try!

1 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
HEAT oven to 325°F.
MIX all ingredients with large spoon until well blended.
ROLL into 24 balls; place, 4 inches apart, on baking sheets. Flatten with fork.
BAKE 20 min. or until lightly browned. (Do not over bake.) Cool 5 min. on baking sheets; transfer to wire racks.  Cool completely.

That’s it!  You’re done!  Could it get any simpler?  I’m sure you could freeze a batch or two of these to bring out for a holiday party or hostess gift.  Have you done any holiday baking yet?  Do you bake ahead of time and freeze your goodies or do you prefer to wait and bake everything fresh?diana
